Being with your body, you may notice that it holds tension, pain, stress. You would like to do something to release the tension and reduce the pain in your body. While breathing in and breathing out, you just allow the tension in your body to be released. Breathing in, calm your body, breathing out release the tension from your body. Practicing yoga on regular base will help you to learn how to breath properly and how to release the tension.
