Stop Running
We have a habit of running. We’ve been running for a long time. Now, we have to recognize that habit, stop running and learn to live our life properly and deeply. We can be supported by our brothers and sisters in the practice. This is why we come together. After one week it may become our new habit to walk happily, breathe happily, sit happily, eat happily, brush our teeth happily. To learn to live mindfully and to be happy in every moment, to learn in every moment is a good habit to develop. We don’t need to wait until tomorrow or some time in the future to be happy. What are we waiting for to be happy? Why are we waiting to start celebrating? We can celebrate now. Every step is to celebrate life, thanks to mindfulness, concentration, and insight.
